A brand ambassador is someone who has an established relationship with Soundoff Cosmetics and uses the products they're promoting REGULARLY.
A PR influencer is someone who works with Soundoff Cosmetics for a short-term and may not have used our product prior to collaborating with us on a post.

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Notify Me” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.
We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under MY ACCOUNT. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please contact us with your order number and let us know which products you are missing. For domestic orders, please send the defective or incorrect item(s) back to us, using the for Free. Send us email with your Order Number to our Customer Service Team at Customer Service. We will then provide your with a free shipping label. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will gladly send you a replacement. For international orders, please follow the same process.
